Outreach & Resettlement Service

The Outreach and Resettlement Service works with women and men who are living in the community and women who have left the Refuge Service.

Our workers will arrange to meet clients out in the community either in their homes (if it’s safe to do so) or at a community venue.

All clients have an individual support plan which identifies goals, needs and objectives which is used to enable the client to move forward to live a life free from domestic abuse. We provide advice and support to ensure that victims and survivors are able to maintain their accommodation and live lives free of domestic abuse.

This can be delivered through group work or one to one support. Low to medium risk victims and survivors are supported by an Outreach Worker. Practitioners can refer clients directly to the service and clients can self-refer.
